Terms of Service
Usage guidelines, restrictions, and binding agreements for the ShadowCore Network.
By using Kythia ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please disconnect and cease using the Service immediately.
01. Acceptance
By using the Bot, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. These govern your use of ShadowCore in any Discord server.
02. Use of Service UPDATED
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Bot for spamming, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Attempt prompt injection or jailbreaking to bypass Kythia's AI safety filters or moderation tools.
- Automate interactions in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
03. Bot Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Kythia may be updated, modified, or taken offline at any time without prior notice.
04. ShadowCore Profile Picture / Art UPDATED
Exclusive Artwork Rights
The artwork used as Kythia's profile picture is an original, commissioned piece created exclusively for this project by rihaadeclouv. All intellectual property rights are fully reserved by the creator and the Kythia Network. Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of this artwork is strictly prohibited.
05. Content & AI
You are responsible for content you generate through Kythia. Because AI responses are generated dynamically, they may occasionally be inaccurate or unpredictable. We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI output.
06. Virtual Economy
Kythia's virtual currency, items, and levels hold no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to alter, wipe, or reset economy data at any time without compensation.
07. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to ShadowCore for violations of these terms, without prior notice.
