Refund Policy
Our policies regarding purchases, digital goods, subscriptions, and chargebacks.
This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding digital goods and services purchased for the Shadowcore Discord bot and its dashboard (shadowcore.org). By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
01. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made for tier subscriptions, tickets, crates, or cosmetic items are final and non-refundable.
02. Nature of Digital Goods
Because the products offered are digital goods and services delivered instantly to your account, we cannot accept refund requests once the transaction has been successfully processed and the premium items or roles have been added to your profile.
03. Subscription Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your monthly subscription at any time via the dashboard. This cancellation will stop billing for the following month. However, there are no prorated refunds for the remaining days of a month that has already been paid for.
04. Account Bans & Violations
If your account is banned or blacklisted from the system for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., bug exploitation, third-party macros/bots, or spam behavior), all premium access will be revoked and no refunds will be provided.
05. Service Uptime & Maintenance
Although we strive to keep the server online 24/7, technical issues or emergency maintenance may occur. We do not provide compensation or refunds for temporary service downtime.
06. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Opening a false dispute or chargeback via your bank or PayPal after receiving digital goods will result in your account being permanently banned from our entire network ecosystem.
