Community Rules
These rules apply to every server. Server specific rules are further down.
1. No Hacked Clients

What is considered a hacked client? A hacked client is a modified game client that gives the user an unfair advantage when compared to the regular server experience. These modifications include, but are not limited to:- Fly hacks
- Kill auras
- Wallhacks
- Speed modifications
- No-fall
- Chest finders
- Vanish Mods such as Optifine, JourneyMap, or Schematica are allowed and considered part of the regular server experience.
Console clients (e.g. ChatCraft) are not considered hacked clients and fall under Rule 10.
Punishment:
- 1st offence → Permanent ban + permanent IP ban
Note: If banned for using a hacked client, you are not eligible for a ban appeal.
⚠️ WARNING: Any hacked-client usage that compromises item legitimacy will result in destruction of inventory and base.
2. No Abusing Bugs / Exploits
Reveal hidden contents
Abusing bugs or exploits to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Examples include:
- Duping
- Bypassing claim protection
Sharing exploit details with others is also considered abuse.
What if I find a bug by accident? If you do not abuse it and report it immediately to staff (via /msg, /helpop, or Discord DM), you will not be punished.
Punishments:
- 1st offence → 2 days ban
- 2nd offence → 7 days ban
- 3rd offence → 14 days ban
- 4th+ offence → 28 days ban
⚠️ WARNING: Illegitimate items obtained via exploits will be destroyed.
3. No Advertising
Reveal hidden contents
Advertising includes sharing:
- Other servers
- Social media
- Referral links
This applies to chat, whispers, nicknames, or structures. If unsure, ask staff first.
Punishments:
- 1st offence → Kick + warning
- 2nd offence → 24 hour mute
- 3rd+ → 7 day mute
4. No Inappropriate Conduct
Reveal hidden contents
Examples include:
- Speaking foreign languages in global chat
- Spamming chat or market listings
- Discussing sensitive topics
- Excessive profanity or CAPS
⚠️ Inappropriate usernames or skins may result in a temporary ban until changed.
Punishments:
- 1st offence → Warning
- 2nd offence → 15 min mute/jail
- 3rd offence → 30 min mute/jail
- 4th+ → 1 hour mute/jail
5. No Immoral Conduct
Reveal hidden contents
Includes but is not limited to:
- Sexist, racist, or homophobic content
- Hate speech
- Scamming
- Mocking terminal illnesses
- Teleport scam killing
Teleport scam killing includes:
- Killing after teleporting
- Traps in claimed land
- Fake help requests followed by killing
Punishments:
- 1st offence → 1 day mute or ban
- 2nd offence → 1 week mute or ban
- 3rd offence → Permanent ban
6. No Harassment
Reveal hidden contents
Harassment is repeated or unwanted actions toward a player. Examples:
- Abusive language
- Claiming too close without consent
- Repeated killing
Punishments:
- 1st offence → 1 hour mute/jail
- 2nd offence → 6 hours mute/jail
- 3rd offence → 12 day ban
- 4th+ → 24 day ban
7. No Intentional Harm to Server Integrity
Reveal hidden contents
Includes intentional actions that harm server stability or player experience. Lag abuse counts if staff warnings are ignored.
Punishments:
- 1st offence → Warning
- 2nd offence → 1 day ban
- 3rd offence → 3 day ban
- 4th+ → 7 day ban
8. No Impersonating Staff
Reveal hidden contents
Impersonation via names, prefixes, tags, or jokes is prohibited.
Punishments:
- 1st → 3 days ban
- 2nd → 7 days ban
- 3rd → 14 days ban
- 4th → 28 days ban
- 5th → Permanent ban
9. No Griefing Protected Areas
Reveal hidden contents
Includes altering claimed land, entities, or bypassing protections. Also applies to griefing your own claim without member consent.
Punishments:
- 1st → 7 days ban
- 2nd → 14 days ban
- 3rd → 28 days ban
- 4th+ → 60 days ban
❌ Griefing spawn = Permanent ban
10. No Console Clients
Reveal hidden contents
Console clients allow server interaction without opening Minecraft and may automate actions.
Punishments:
- 1st → 2 days ban
- 2nd → 4 days ban
- 3rd+ → 7 days ban
11. No Punishment Evading
Reveal hidden contents
Mute / Jail Evasion
- 1st → 1 day ban
- 2nd → 5 days ban
- 3rd+ → 10 days ban
Ban Evasion
Joining during an active ban is prohibited.
Punishments:
- 1st → 2 days ban + remaining ban time
- 2nd → 7 days ban + remaining time
- 3rd+ → 14 days ban + remaining time
12. No Selling Items for Real Money
Reveal hidden contents
Punishment: 1st+ offence → 30 days ban
13. No Tracking Staff
Reveal hidden contents
Using any method or item to locate staff members is prohibited.
Punishments:
- 1st → Warning
- 2nd → 2 days ban
- 3rd → 4 days ban
- 4th+ → 6 days ban
14. No Databasing Players
Reveal hidden contents
Includes tools such as:
- ComputerCraft
- OpenComputers
Punishments:
- 1st → Warning
- 2nd → 2 days ban
- 3rd → 6 days ban
- 4th+ → 10 days ban
0. Use Common Sense
Reveal hidden contents
Staff may apply appropriate punishments for offenses not clearly covered by rules, with manager approval. Abused donation perks may be removed.
All The Mods 10 Rules
These rules are ATM-specific.
1. Creative Items
Reveal hidden contents
Creative items must stay within your town. You may not sell or gift them outside your living group. This also applies to items spawned or modified via commands.
⚠️ Receiving such items repeatedly may also result in punishment.
Selling Creative Items
- 1st → Kick + warning
- 2nd → 7 days ecoban
- 3rd → Permanent ecoban
- 4th → 2 days ban
- 5th+ → 7 days ban
Gifting Creative Items
- 1st → Kick + warning
- 2nd → 2 days ban
- 3rd → 7 days ban
- 4th+ → 12 days ban
2. PvP
Reveal hidden contents
PvP is allowed only in the wilderness. PvP in claims or using donor perks / creative items is prohibited.
Punishments:
- 1st → Kick + warning
- 2nd → 1 hour jail
- 3rd → 1 day ban
- 4th+ → 2 day ban
